The first list (total $797) includes the items purchased separately at list prices. The second list (total $599) includes the items purchased at the best special prices available (ie. complete set of VCR vs. individual sets.) Both lists assume that NWSS and Soviet Civ. Def. tapes are not purchased individually (which would raise the totals).
