People mistakenly believe that Isreal has and advanced nuclear civil defense capability.  They are just like us.  They have none, and are just as scared and ignorant of radiation as Americans.

By making these plans available to Isreal at this time, many people will be encouraged to know that there is something they can do about radioactivity.  I believe this timely presentation of these KFM plans free on the net now will be a moral boost to citizens of Isreal.
